Returns & Exchanges

1. Regarding order cancellations, our policy is as follows:

A. If your order has not been shipped, you can cancel the order for free within 24 hours after placing the order, and we will refund you as soon as possible.

B. If your order has been shipped, we do not recommend that you cancel the order, as this will cause additional trouble and losses to you and us. If you insist on canceling your order, please follow these steps:
Please email us first explaining your order number and reason for cancellation. Don't refuse payment outright as this will affect your credit history. Return steps are as follows:
a. Please sign for the goods in time after receiving the goods. Please do not refuse, otherwise the goods may be lost or delayed.
b. Please send the goods back to us intact. (Our customer service team will provide you with the return address) You will be responsible for the return shipping cost, and we will not be responsible for reimbursement.
C. After sending the goods, please inform us of the express delivery number and contact information so that we can track the status of the goods in a timely manner.
d. After we receive and inspect the goods, if the goods are not damaged, we will refund you as soon as possible. The refund amount is the order amount minus the shipping fee; if the goods are damaged, we will deduct a certain percentage based on the degree of damage. The fee is then refunded to you. (Refund fees are generally refunded within 3-5 working days)

2. Quality or Seller's Problem as below

Wrong item, missing parts, product has been broken during shipping. You can contact us to replace or return within 45 days. The above problem is free return or exchange.

Note: If there is a quality problem with the product, photos or videos must be provided to prove it, otherwise Novsight do not support the return shipping fee, and the returned shipping fee will be borne by the buyer

The Shipping fee is charged by the express company, and fees due to their rates. Need to pay for from the buyer.

1. Exchange Policy 

Please contact us via email (service@novsights.com) within 45 days after you have received your package if you would like to make an Exchange. Please include this information when emailing us: the order number, name, contact information and reason(s) of return. We will process your request ASAP. 

If customer has received the order in the mail and would like to request an exchange for different style(s), size(s), or item(s), customer should inform this request of an exchange to novsights.com within one week after the arrival of the package according to its corresponding tracking number or the delivery confirmation number, regardless of any situation. 

Exchange cannot be made for orders that are three weeks ago or more. The following restrictions apply to all exchange packages: 

1.1 Exchange Fee (Both United States and international customers) 

There will be NO exchange fee for exchanging any item(s) with the same price. However, novsights.com does NOT cover shipping fee for exchange items under any circumstances. Novsights.com does not issue store credit or refund if the price of the new item is less than the price of the original item. Additional cost will be charge if the exchanged item is more than the original price. 

1.2 Exemption of Exchange item shipping fee 

Exchange item shipping could be exempted for the following situations:The original item(s) is/are in the incorrect color from the color listed in the order and in the description of the style web page. The original item(s) is/are in the incorrect size or measurements from the size listed in the order and the measurements listed in the size chart of the style web page. The original item(s) is/are in the incorrect style from the style listed in the order. The original item(s) is/are in damage or stained condition. 

Note: Please double-check the size(s), color(s), and style(s) in the order form before submitting the order. All returned items must meet the following condition, otherwise they will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense:

Exchange package(s) must include the following information: order number, first and last name, shipping address, reason of the return, copy of the receipt, and any e-mail correspondences. Item(s) is/are in the same condition as when it was shipped to the customer. Item(s) must have original tag(s) attached. Item(s) must accompany its original plastic covering, hangers, and/or similar accessories. 

1.3 Shipment of the Exchange 

Once we received the returned package by the customer in the qualified condition, the exchange will be processed and sent within 72 hours (three business days). We do not send out exchanged package until we received the original returned package sent by the customer or the tracking number or the delivery confirmation of the original returned package sent by the customer. 

Exchanged packages are sent by the United States Postal Service First Class Mail. The approximate time frame for the entire exchanging process is about two to three weeks. If customer would like to request for faster shipping methods, regardless of the situation of the exchange, customer is responsible for any additional cost required for any of the advanced shipping methods. 

 2. Return Policy 

Please contact us by email within 45 days after you have received your package if you would like to make a Return. Please include this information when emailing us: the order number, name, contact information and reason(s) of return. We will process your request ASAP. If customer has received the order in the mail and would like to request a return for a refund, customer should inform this request of return to novsights.com within one week after the arrival of the package according to its corresponding tracking number or the delivery confirmation number, regardless of any situation. 

For orders placed more than 45 days ago, we do not accept returns or refunds if there are no quality issues with the product. For detailed questions, please contact our customer service for resolution.

Customers have one week to return the item after the date when the return request has been approved by novsights.com. novsights.com will NOT accept any returns that are not approved or if the customer does not return the item on time. The following restrictions apply to all returned packages: 

2.1 Shipping and Handling Fee & Restocking Fee 

There will be a deduction of shipping and handling fee paid in the order. However, there will be NO restocking fee only when the returned item(s) is/are in "new" condition. To insure a full refund, customer must return item(s) in a new and unused condition (with tag and wrapping), in the original box(es) and with a copy of the invoice. We reserve the right to charge up to 50% of the original price of the item in restocking fee for any damage and tainted item(s). 

 2.2 Exemption of Restocking Fee ONLY when: 

 The original item(s) is/are in the incorrect size or measurements from the size listed in the order and the measurements listed in the size chart of the style web page. The original item(s) is/are in the incorrect style from the style ordered. The original item(s) is/are in damage or stained by the manufacturer.
